Returns and exchanges
We are happy to exchange your product. Your exchange will be dependent on what stock we have available.
If for some reason you would like to return your purchase for a full refund or exchange your product, you can do so within 14 days by making contact via email: info@wyomawool.co.nz.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and should be sent with tracking. Wyoma Wool is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. An exchange may be possible depending on stock availability.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1282 Kaahu Rd, Whakamaru, 3492.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and these should be sent with tracking.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Wyoma Wool will accept the return of goods delivered that are faulty within 30 days of receipt. We inspect all orders to ensure the goods you receive meet our exacting quality standards.
However, on the rare occasion that you receive a faulty or damaged item/s please contact us at info@wyomawool.co.nz to advise on next steps.
Repairs
At Wyoma Wool we stand by our products. We want you to be happy and we want our products to last.
If at any time you run into a problem with an item, please get in touch and we can discuss if repairs are possible. We can provide a quote for repair costs and arrange for this to be carried out. If the item has not performed as it should we may fund the repair cost at our discretion.
