At Wyoma Wool, we take care in packing and checking all products. If you receive a faulty product or the wrong item, please contact us through our contact page. We offer refunds or exchanges for faulty goods returned within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:
1. Proof of purchase is required.
2. The product must be returned within 14 days.
3. The product must be in its original condition, with original packaging and labels.
4. The product must not have been used.

Important:
• Check parcels for damage before signing for them, as no claims can be made after signing.
• All parcels are shipped with “Authority to Leave” instructions. Wyoma Wool is not liable for missing or stolen parcels once delivered; the risk is assumed by the receiver.

9. Products Out of Stock and Backorders
We strive to maintain accurate stock levels, but items may occasionally be out of stock. If this occurs, we will contact you to advise on the lead time for new stock or offer alternatives. If neither option is suitable, we will provide a store credit or full refund.
