Outerwear should only be washed when absolutely necessary due to spills, splashes etc. A fabric sanitising spray is a good option if you’re worried about underarm areas getting a bit smelly. If you do need to wash a wool-lined item:
- Cold hand wash or spot clean in approved wool detergent or bar stain remover (such those made by Sard and Ethique)
- Cold rinse
- Gentle spin
- Line dry out of full sun
- Warm iron
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not dry clean
